When I was young, I was fascinated by a logic quiz that was purported to be created by the famous scientist, Albert Einstein.

There are five people living in five houses of different colors. They have different pets, smoking and drinking preferences. You are given several clues which allow you to identify the person living in each house.

It was reported that 98% of people could not solve this puzzle.

I have given the solution to this puzzle in the book. It contains 72 puzzles of the same style, but involving having different levels of difficulty (i.e. 4, 5 and 6 houses).
