Training program for Software Developer on the .NET platform.

1.  Training scheme

This training scheme is available for candidates who

(a)   does not know .NET platform but has experience on other platforms

(b)   has studied the .NET platform but does not have working experiene.

The candidate who is selected for training can come to the office to learn about the .NET platform under the supervision of an experienced developer. There will be no salary or allowance during this period.

2. Part time work and training

The candidate will be placed on part time work and will be paid at the rate of $6 to $10 an hour, depending on capability. During this time, supervision will be provided by a senior developer.This phase can continue for a few weeks.

3. Full time employment

The candidate will be offered full time employment at a salary between $1,600 to $2,400 depending on experience and capability. Other terms of employment will be negotiated at that time.
